Service By the Hour (SBH) :
 
Eimasa has negotiated and contracted SBH agreements with the OEMs for more than 15 years. The contractual content and the extended technical coverage are tailored to take into account the specificity of the country in order to minimalize the risk of AOG. 
Eimasa covers the full management of those SBH agreements including: 
- Contractual negotiation/modification 
- Financial terms: pricing condition, payment… 
- Logistics: monthly hours statements, orders (issue, delivery follow-up), shipments, returns of counterparts, penalties application... 
- Permanent interface with the end-users. 

Eimasa is committed, upon request of its Customers, to buy and/or repair through the OEMs or other approved suppliers, any parts needed to support the operation, whatever the purpose: AOG or stock increase. 
Our long term background with the suppliers network and the OEM organizations allows us to be very reactive and efficient in that field of activity. 
Eimasa’s missions include: 
- Purchase Orders to the suppliers 
- Warranty claims 
- Delivery follow-up in connection with the customer’s directives 
- Shipment 
- Interface with the local end-users at each stage of the process.
